June '10

Pick up a copy of this Month's "Fun Things to Do in the Mountains" if you're in the Blue Ridge Mountain area.  Amy Ammons Garza wrote a terrific article about Paul's relocation to the the BRM's and also about his most recent LP release.  The newspaper can be found anywhere from Asheville up to Blacksburg and out across the Smoky's.  You can of course read the article in the press section of paulcataldo.com as well.

May '10

Tune in to WRGC.COM for "Stories of Mountain" Folk May 15th at 11am.  Paul will be doing a brief interview with host Doreyl followed by a performance of "Home."  Those of you in the Buncombe County Area (NC) tune in to 88.1.  

Tour from Boulder, CO to Helena, MT in the works for August!

Appalachian paper "Fun Things To Do In The Mountains" is featuring a review of "Rivers, Roads & Mountains" in their June issue.  Be sure to pick up a copy in your local Mountain Town.

Everyone from Boone, NC to Spartanburg SC be sure to tune in to WNCW on April 7th for an in studio performance on Martin Anderson's show. Paul starts at 11am and will have a guest accompanist along side him. Those you of you outside of the WNC area tune in on WNCW.org. Keep the requests coming, WNCW has been playing Mountain Town, Don't Bet it on the Farm and Thinkin' About Runnin'!

January '10

Paul Cataldo fans make sure to call up WNCW 88.7 and request "Mountain Town."  They have Paul's new record in their database and are awaiting your request.  You can message a request at any time at http://www.wncw.org/Request.html or by phone at 828-287-8080.  Best time to do it is every weekday between 9am and 12pm, the Dj's name is Martin.  Local Color at 7pm on Sunday might play it as well.  You out of town fans can listen at http://www.wncw.org/ListenLive.html

Paul is now settled in at his new Black Mountain, NC residence and has begun working on material for a new record and of course scouting good fishing holes.  Be looking for shows in the Asheville area as well as a couple shows in the Blacksburg, VA area.  Anyone in the Black Mountain area that wants to collaborate shoot Paul an email.

With a little help from Black Mountain local music supporter Don Talley, Paul's schedule is starting to fill in fast for late winter/early spring. 

Paul's first show as a NC based singer/songwriter is on Jan. 7th @ 7pm on Blue Mt. Pizza's stage in Weaverville!

New performances in the video section of the site from a radio appearance on 106.1 Portsmouth, NH.  Check em' out!

Everyone in the Boston area be sure to come out to the unofficial CD release of the new LP "Rivers, Roads & Mountains" at Clyde's Road House July 24th.   Show starts at 9:30 and the CD's will be available for $12.  Come on out say a farewell before Paul takes his act to Nashville for an undisclosed amount of time.

Don't forget to tune into 91.5 WUML on the 30th at 1:30 for a full performance of the new record "Rivers, Roads & Mountains." 

Paul performs an unforgetable gig at Sean Avery's new Tribeca bar "Warren 77" on the 15th.  Sharing the stage with Paul again will be Henrik Lundqvist as they perform a mixed bag of covers and originals. 

Right after the NYC show Paul will be touring through Burlington, VT up to Montreal as part of a 7 day tour sharing the stage with The New Moon Serenaders and long time bassist Alex Booker.

Apr. 09'

Paul's new 11 song album Rivers, Roads & Mountains is mastered and almost ready for release.  Be looking for the record at CDbaby.com, Itunes and of course live performances late June - early July. 

Feb. 09'


Paul is finally heading out to Nashville to begin recording his first full length album.  Producer Carlton Moody of Burrito Deluxe will be taking the reigns as producer.  Paul will be taking drummer Tony Montalbano and bassist Eben Pariser of Roosevelt Dime to contribute to the album.  Keep checking back for the album's release date late spring/early summer. 

Jan. 09'

Don't forget to come out and check out a happy hour show every Friday at the British Beer Company on RT. 1 in Walpole, MA.  The all acoustic set goes on from 3-6 and there will be plenty o' CCR songs sung.

Be sure to check the calendar for Missing Trucker Trio shows in your area.  There is one coming up in NYC at the Back Fence which will be a regular show.

After a good 4 yrs of living in NYC Paul is taking some down town in the burbs of MA to get some writing done and organize plans for his first full length LP which will most likely be recorded in Nashville.
